Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) extinguishers provide highly effective suppression of Class A (solid) and Class B (flammable liquid) fires. The foam creates a cooling aqueous film on the fuel surface while simultaneously sealing the vapour layer to prevent reignition – making it particularly effective for fuel spill fires common in marine and industrial environments.
